Q: I can't find a time that suits me. What can I do?
A: If you can't find a suitable time via our online booking, please shoot us a message and we will try our best and accommodate you!
Q: What should I wear?
A: Please wear whatever makes you comfortable. During your assessment, you will most likely be required to move around a fair bit, so it's best to avoid tight clothes. We encourage you to bring a pair of shorts if you're coming in with a lower body issue.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Just bring yourself, and whatever you think may be relevant to your appointment. For example, those coming in regarding a sporting injury may benefit from bringing their runners.
Q: Can I claim my appointment on private health?
A: If you have chosen myotherapy in your extras, then yes. We will provide you with an itemised receipt you can submit to your private health fund for reimbursement. Please note we cannot claim private health directly on site at this time.
Q: Can I use a GP issued care plan?
A: Unfortunately not. Myotherapy is not included under the Medicare Care Plans. If you would like to claim services for WorkCover, NDIS or TAC, please email us first.
